Our vision is to create sustainable change in the , recognition and value of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, peoples, and cultures of this country. This alone has the potential to influence our teaching and change the trajectory of children’s learning, by promoting respect, trust, and positive relationships through authentic connections between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-indigenous people. We are committed to do this through; - Gaining an insight into the connections and relationships Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with the Land and incorporate these respectful sustainable practices into our teachings and interactions. Learning and promoting respectful ways of teaching others about our shared history, and strategies for moving forward towards a successful and respectful future together. We are committed to Increasing our knowledge and confidence of understanding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and take the fear out of attempting further steps in achieving reconciliation. We will Reach out and build relationships by collaborating with First Nations families within our centre, local Elders, and various organisations to aid us in creating an environment of inclusion
