Altona North One Tree Community Services and Kindergarten's vision for reconciliation is an educational environment that acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, respectfully integrating their perspectives, cultures and knowledges into our environments. We recognise that connection to Country, culture and community is essential for First Nations peoples sense of belonging. We will continue to build a strong foundation of learning for the children, staff and families through consulting with, working alongside and listening to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples based on ongoing respectful relationship with local Elders.
