At Goodstart Early Learning Burnside, our vision is to continually acknowledge the Wurundjeri people as the Traditional Owners of the Land, embedding the cultures and history within our learning environment and into our community. We continually deepen our understandings of the Wurundjeri people, through immersing ourselves into professional development, where we can understand the importance and embed learning on a personal and professional level. We are committed to continue building community relationships based on mutual trust, respect and creating learning environments within our Early Learning Centre and explore respectfully embedding culture within the wider local community, supporting social justice, equality and equity in the relationships between non-Indigenous Australians and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. .
