Milestones Early Learning Centre Wagga Wagga's vision for reconciliation is an Australia that promotes unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians, and a national culture that represents equality and equity, historical acceptance of our shared histories and removal of negative race relations. We are committed to contributing to an Australia where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultural identities are respected; all Australians value Elders past, present, and future for the wisdom and knowledge they hold; and where emerging community leaders are supported. We envision our children growing into knowledgeable young people who can pass their learnings and understandings of reconciliation onto future generations. We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse learning community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are actively recognised as the First Nations peoples of Australia.
