Little Darlings vision is to create an environment that recognises and embraces Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples’ cultures and histories.
Our vision was established through reflection and togetherness within our team. Reconciliation is the responsibility of all of our team within Little Darlings, together our RAP will guide our everyday practice and acknowledge the vital role it can play in building understanding and acceptance the shared histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, as we work towards a reconciled future.
We will ensure that we are implementing and understanding the importance of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' cultures, histories and contributions.
We will build respectful relationships with local Elders and community members to ensure that we are being respectful and inclusive.Celebrate National Reconciliation Week
