Our vision for reconciliation is an Australia where every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander child feels welcome in Tralee Gardens early learning centre, and all children, families and educators learn about the true histories and cultures of the First Nations peoples of Australia. Our vision of reconciliation is based and measured on five dimensions: historical acceptance; race relations; equality and equity; institutional integrity and unity. We believe that greater acceptance of Australia’s true history will help us improve race relations in our community leading to greater equality and equity for all people. Reconciliation is an ongoing journey that many Australians have fought hard for and we will do our part to make meaningful change.
