Our vision for reconciliation is for everyone to respect and acknowledge the unique and ongoing connections that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the Land on which our service is situated and all Lands across Australia. We are inspired and motivated to promote continual learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives, histories, and contributions respectfully with the children, families, educators and visitors. Our service is committed to gaining a deeper understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples ways of knowing, being and learning. We continue to build our knowledge and co-learn alongside children to keep the conversation of respect and reconciliation actively at the forefront of our work. We are also committed to ensuring equal and equitable access to our service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families by developing genuine, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities for the benefit of all children and families in our community.
