Magill OSHC believes that reconciliation is about s building and maintaining relationships with respect and being inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' histories, cultures, and perspectives. We understand the need of our Reconciliation Action Plan to make significant changes in our service by encouraging the children, families, and staff to be a part of this journey. We support the diverse cultures of First Nations people and will keep working to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members by deepening our understanding their perspectives, cultures, and experiences. We are aware of the importance of including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and histories as a part of our learning process. We continue to make our RAP journey meaningful by continuously educating ourselves through engagement with First Nations community members.
