Our vision for reconciliation is one where all members of the College community actively and respectively work together with First Nations Peoples towards a deeper understanding of, and connection to, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and contributions. Our vision acknowledges the value and importance of learning, listening, and collaborating with First Nations Peoples to help create a more sustainable planet and community and actively demonstrate our support in Aboriginal an Torres Strait Islander peoples’ stewardship of the land, oceans, and community.
To enact reconciliation, we promote our college motto of "Peace Through Justice", so that the imbalance of past and present intergenerational injustices faced by First Nations Peoples is corrected. We work towards a reconciled Australia where there is active recognition of the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and equal and equitable opportunities for all: in social situations, education, health, and employment.
