Our vision for reconciliation is a united future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people feel a shared sense of belonging and strong connections with respect and understanding of Country. A society that respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultural identity and their strengths and abilities as First Nations peoples, Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, Lismore High Campus' aim is for all students, staff, parents and the wider community to: Continue toacknowledge and recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and to develop and maintain respectful relationships between Lismore High and the Widjabul Wiyabal People of the Bundjalung Nation We will continue to cultivate an environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures are experienced and valued by all students, staff, parents and the community. We will continue to provide opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and staff to embrace their culture and for everyone to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.
