Reconciliation and cultural integrity are an integral part of the school. We recognise and will demonstrate the importance of this through the creation of a school-wide strategic team, designed to increase the visibility of cultural integrity within the curriculum and the wider community.
We are committed to achieving the actions and outcomes from our Reconciliation Action Plan, celebrating our successes with the wider community. Our vision is to create awareness and visibility through everyday opportunities and regular communication with all stakeholders.
We recognise the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we play, learn and work and will continue to act with integrity by actively and respectfully fostering opportunities for First Nations peoples to share their cultures and perspectives with our students.
We have a responsibility not just to our students but to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and members of our community in order to improve understanding of, and action towards, reconciliation both on a local level and nationwide level.
