Our vision for reconciliation at Clover Early Learning is a future where reconciliation is lived through our everyday relationships, practices, and learning experiences. We are committed to creating culturally safe, inclusive, and welcoming environments where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories, and perspectives are respected and valued.   We believe that children are capable and compassionate citizens who can contribute to a more just and equitable future. Through meaningful learning opportunities, authentic partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and ongoing reflection, we seek to nurture respect, curiosity, and understanding of the First peoples of Australia, and the world's oldest continuing cultures.   We acknowledge the enduring connections Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to Country, community, culture, and kinship. We are committed to listening, learning, and walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and learning from them, in ways guided by respect, reciprocity, and genuine collaboration.   As a learning community, we strive to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout our curriculum, environments, and decision-making. Through these actions, we aim to foster a strong sense of belonging for all and contribute to a future where reconciliation is understood, valued, and actively embraced by children, families, educators, and the wider community.
