Our vision for reconciliation is to be a service that, together with staff, families, children and a wider community, shares a deep understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, perspectives and histories. We will work alongside everyone across our learning community to create a shared vision for reconciliation, which will focus on respect for, a culture of inclusion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.
We aim to ensure that a clear and effective pathway to reconciliation is established through our Reconciliation Action Plan so that together, we work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our local community to we can establish a clear path to Close the Gap in educational and wellbeing outcomes between First Nations peoples and the broader Australian community.
