At Papilio Early Learning Centre Officer, we envision a future where reconciliation is embedded in every aspect of our service within our practices, our relationships, and our learning environments. We are committed to creating and maintaining a space where the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are respectfully recognised, valued, and engaged with. 

Our vision is for all children, families and educators to learn in a setting that nurtures an understanding of Australias shared histories and supports the development of meaningful connections with First Nations communities.

We believe that reconciliation begins with building authentic and inclusive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, grounded in mutual respect. 

Through culturally responsive pedagogy, ongoing reflection, and open dialogue, Papilio Early Learning Centre continues to maintain an environment where all children, families, and educators feel a deep sense of belonging. We are dedicated to fostering understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures and to promoting equity, truth-telling, and social justice.
