VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation at Mini Masterminds Erskineville is to recognise, respect, and value the personal and social narratives, legacies, and cultural conventions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We believe in forming inclusive and meaningful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their wider community.

Our vision is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to be actively recognised, and respected, and we will drive progress toward this vision by respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives and pedagogies in our everyday practices.

We envisage a future where we all acknowledge First Nations Elders' past, present, and future for the knowledge and wisdom they hold and share. We as a centre will continue strengthening our relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people with unity, integrity, respect, and building genuine partnerships.

We work to foster a sense of belonging and social inclusion for all team members, children, and families, to form strong connections with the wider Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

We aim to provide respectful, culturally responsive services as we continue to commit to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities, and organisations.

We acknowledge and accept that our community is made up of many different people from all spheres of life who have made the area their home and bring with them their uniqueness.

Building relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community contributes to and promotes reconciliation in the community.
