VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Birches Early Learning believes in providing a sense of belonging through the creation of a safe, warm, caring and inviting environment that fosters secure, respectful and reciprocal relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the children, families and educators within our community. Birches Early Learning is committed to maintaining and promoting child safety that incorporates cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander children and all children.

We believe that by following our vision for reconciliation, we will respectfully guide children into becoming confident, creative, environmentally responsible, and active members of a future reconciled society, contributing to a brighter future for all Australians.

We acknowledge the heritage and perspectives of the  Wurundjeri people and all people of the Kulin Nation
