Trikki Kidz vision for reconciliation is to continue to actively acknowledge that all children, families and educators that attend Trikki Kidz have the right to learn about the histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the Traditional Custodians of the Land in which we learn, play and work. As educators, we feel it is our ethical duty to recognise and value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as being the First Peoples of Australia.
We will visibly respect the Land, plants, animals and water in which our service resides and actively acknowledge the unique connections Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have to the Land.
We will support all our educators and staff to work toward reconciliation through ongoing professional development and we will respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people's perspectives in our daily practices.
