Our vision is to increase our understanding and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, histories, knowledge, and rights through culturally appropriate learning within the service.
Grow Early Education aims to provide children with a range of learning experiences in a respectful way that enhances children’s knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and heritages, especially the Baruŋgam people. It is a main priority that all educators have a deep understanding of reconciliation in education.
