At Elite Early Education, we aspire to learn about, teach, and recognise the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this Land, paying respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples that came before us and continue to walk with us. We will encompass our history and endeavour to know more, and do better to acknowledge the importance of our country and all its people. We will respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges and cultures into our daily practices and will work alongside our children to learn the significance of the true history of Australia. . Through community relationships we are confident that we will be able to continue to strengthen these relationships by embracing trust and respect. At Elite, the children will explore important traditions, become familiar with the significance of colours, words, stories, and locations that teach us about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. We commit to creating an environment where all individuals, groups, and families feel welcomed, supported, understood, and embraced, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and educators. To ensure we maintain these necessary practices, we will critically reflect on all aspects of our learning, practice, environments, and interactions and adapt our ways as we continue to learn and grow. Our vision is ongoing and of utmost importance.
