At Elite Early Education, we aspire to recognise, learn about, and share knowledge of the Traditional Owners of the Land, paying respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will relearn Australia’s true histories and endeavour to continue learning, and acknowledge the importance of shared history, the many nations and all peoples both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous. We will include respect and knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures into our daily practices and inspire our children to learn the significance of First Nations histories. Through ongoing and reciprocal community connections we aim to create strong relationships that embrace trust and respect. At Elite, the children will explore First Nations cultures, contributions, and traditions. We commit to an early learning environment where all individuals, groups, and families feel welcomed, supported, understood, and valued. To ensure we maintain these necessary practices, we will continually critically reflect on all aspects of our learning, practice, environments, and interactions and adapt our ways as we continue to learn and grow in reconciliation. Our vision is ongoing and of utmost importance to achieve reconciliation.
