We will continue to actively engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and perspectives within our Dewdrops Early Learning community.     We are dedicated to actively valuing and respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures within our learning, and strive to increase understanding of First Peoples experiences, perspectives, and contributions through fostering accessible and culturally responsive learning opportunities for children.     We endeavour to listen to, respect, and engage authentically as a whole learning community through inclusive practices, so that we can actively recognise the continued place and significance of the Traditional Owners of this Land in our shared journey of reconciliation.
