VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Clyde North, our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) vision is to create a culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives are embedded meaningfully into our everyday practices through our classroom rituals and transitions. As a service we will continue to build a deeper understanding and awareness of First Nations peoples’ histories, cultures, and contributions across our team and with  children and families. We will work together to create opportunities for collaborative learning for our team members, where all voices are valued and heard by embeding ongoing reflective practice to ensure reconciliation is not a one-time action, but a continual journey for us across the whole service.
