Its Kool Kidz responsibility to encourage inclusiveness through respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout our early learning environment. We will provide meaningful opportunities for staff to deepen their understanding and knowledge of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. We will continue to build relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, ensuring all people feel a sense of belonging and the opportunity to explore their personal culture and history.
