Our vision for reconciliation is to build positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and create a culturally responsive environment where all people be respected, listened to, valued and celebrated. We recognise that many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have experienced educational disadvantages in the past and we want to change this through providing equal and equitable educational outcomes and opportunities. We want to foster a strong sense of belonging to our centre and the community, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures are respectfully embedded throughout our service. We look at the strengths that children and families bring to our centre and support everyone’s individual needs. Reconciliation is everyone's business and we as a community are all committed to making this happen.
