Our Reconciliation Action Plan will drive our commitment to reconciliation, both as an Early Childhood Education and Care service and within the community. We endeavour to build and nurture genuine, respectful and ongoing partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and community. We commit to respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in our service. We believe in creating an equal, equitable and inclusive environment that is reflective of the cultures, collective interests and capabilities of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families and non-Indigenous children and families. Our RAP contributes to the evolving dimensions of reconciliation by supporting us to develop respectful meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
