Our vision at Catherine McAuley College for reconciliation over the next 12 months is for us to create a culturally safe space for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, their families and staff to feel empowered and supported in sharing their cultural identities in the classroom and whole college community. . On this reconciliation journey we are committed to regularly seeking out Truth-telling opportunities and ultimately a shared understanding for our whole college and broader community of the importance in strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people. We are all visitors to this time, this place. Blessing May you always stand as tall as a tree, be strong as the rock Uluru, as gentle as the morning mist, hold the warmth of the campfire in your heart, and may the Creator Spirit always walk with you.
