Our vision for reconciliation at Sagewood Success is to continue to strengthen our commitment to reconciliation through respectful practice, ongoing learning, and meaningful relationships.
We will support educators to build their knowledge and confidence in understanding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures, and perspectives with an aim that these are thoughtfully within our curriculum and daily rhythms.
We aim to create an environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging, and where respect, inclusion, and fairness are modeled consistently. We also want children to develop an age-appropriate understanding of Australia's First Peoples and the importance of listening, learning, and showing respect.
We will continue to develop genuine partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, ensuring our reconciliation journey is guided by collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and action.
