Thrive Kids Shoal Bay OOSH recognises and respects the diverse cultures, histories and traditions of First Nations peoples . Our Service is one of inclusiveness, acceptance and equality. We commit to working collaboratively with the Worimi community and building ongoing, mutual and respectful relationships with the Traditional Custodians and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. We also make a commitment to continuously promoting learning about Wormi and First Nations peoples and Australian histories with our children, families, Educators and other stakeholders. The children are our future community, and we aim to strengthen and promote core values of reconciliation within them by teaching about and discouraging stereotypes and eliminating discrimination to promote a respectful national community.
