At Busy Bees Amaroo, our vision for reconciliation is to build a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and children, families and staff work together in a spirit of trust and openness to share perspectives and learn more about the histories and contemporary lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. In Nyoongar language, Amaroo means "Beautiful place". Our educators believe a beautiful place is somewhere to feel safe, accepted and belong. Our vision is therefore to build a community where everyone feels safe, accepted and has a sense of belonging for all people.
