At Kingsway Afterschool Care we are committed to reconciliation with a vision to educate ourselves as educators and provide equal and equitable outcomes and opportunities for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and non-Indigenous children within our service. As a service, we will strive to better our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures through educational opportunities. We are committed to strengthening our relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, not only at our service, but also in the local community. Through ongoing training and community connections, we will develop educational opportunities for all the children within our service to further their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, histories and continuing contributions.
