Our vision at Lady Gowrie Fernvale Community Kindergarten is that all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of this country are recognised for their enduring culture and that respect, equality and dignitiy is reinstated to all of our First People. We endeavour to build on relationships with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and the borader comunity to strengthen our knowledge and understanding. This will enable us to create environments, learning experiences and activities that reflect and respect their culture.
We believe that we need to ensure that our Kindergarten is accessible and inclusive that connects our First People and values, respects, celebrates and learn about their culture, heritages, histories and perspectives.
