Our vision of reconciliation is in embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures respectfully into our everyday pedagogical practices. We aim to educate all children truthfully and honestly about Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people's histories, cultures and knowledge.
We hope to educate our children through continuous learning and understanding as we acknowledge a shared history with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and look toward a united present and future.
Our school community ensures an ongoing promotion of respectful, equal, equitable and genuine celebration of diverse cultures.
For the children, we aim to build strong connections and respectful ongoing engagement with the Darumbal people so that they can learn about the Darumbal traditions and knowledge..
We would also acknowledge the children that identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and respectfully incorporate their heritage into our program and practice.
