At Cuddles ELC, our vision for reconciliation is to work in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our community to create a vibrant learning community that encourages and values diversity and inclusiveness. We are committed to building respectful relationships with the children and families within our service, by acknowledging the diversity that exists within our community. . Our RAP will help us achieve our vision by encouraging how we as a learning community, develop our knowledge of how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and align with the Early Years Learning Framework. We aim to educate ourselves by developing a meaningful respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples , particularly those within the Noongar Wadjuk communities. We are committed to continuing to work respectfully in collaboration with the Noongar Wadjuk People within our community.
