Grow Early Education is committed to reconciliation and our vision is a future of strong relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.   

We aim to create a service that promotes equality and equity for all Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islander peoples by embracing unity and creating culturally responsive opportunities to enrich, promote and strengthen the lives of all people within our community.   

At Grow Early Education we provide access to high quality learning and relationships that are culturally appropriate, respectful and meaningful through ongoing community involvement and reflective practices to ensure all staff, families and children are included in our curriculum planning.   

Grow Early Education believes building and maintaining meaningful, ongoing relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians is fundamental to achieving our centre purpose to maximise children's life outcomes and guide their learning journeys. We are committed to building relationships across our centres in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Elders, leaders and communities to embed reconciliation into our daily practices.  Grow Early Education is committed to embracing and demonstrating respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, histories, perspectives and achievements. We will endeavor to build Educators knowledge and understanding of the continuing contributions of First Nation peoples in Australia as a critical first step towards reconciliation for a better reconciled Australia.   

Grow Early Education is committed to creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families to be part of our Early Childhood Educational programs through providing culturally safe and aware learning environments.
