The Kinder Garden vision for reconciliation is a respectful and reflective service committed to building and maintaining respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. We aim to learn about and include diverse Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives through embedding culturally responsive and respectful learnings and practices. As a team, we encourage and promote fairness and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the community, with a focus on equality and equity. We acknowledge that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are the First Peoples of Australia. We acknowledge our privilege and commit to advocating for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
