Our vision for reconciliation is for our Dido Street Early Learning Centre community to acknowledge and respect the cultures and contributions Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We acknowledge that our Reconciliation Action Plan is a continual process, and we will work towards reconciliation and grow individually, as a team and as an organisation. It is our goal that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritages and perspectives are embedded respectfully and deeply throughout our programs and that it is entrenched in our being, belonging and becoming.
By establishing a better understanding of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, we develop an appreciation of Australia’s cultural heritage and move towards a reconciled Australia.
