Our vision for reconciliation is that Australia embraces unity between First Nations peoples and other Australians, and a national culture that represents equality and equity, historical acceptance of our shared history, and removal of negative race relations. We recognise our RAP being a continual process as individuals and as a team, and wel work collaboratively together to implement our values of respect for diversity, inclusion, advocating the rights of children and their families, justice, honesty and courage. Our continuing goal is to embed both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in every aspect of our everyday practice to respectfully support meaningful reconciliation now and in the future. We develop our RAP to increase our children, families, staff and community awareness of the longstanding and continuing contributions of First Nations peoples in Australia. As educators, we ensure that next generations of Australians grow up with connection to and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and Australia’s true history. As an organisation, we continue to ensure that all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children receive equal and equitable educational opportunities and outcomes in our inclusive and diverse learning environment. We continue to committo working in a respectful manner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, organisations and communities.
