Our vision for reconciliation is to create a place where all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and staff, and all non-Indigenous people feel valued and respected.
We commit to acknowledging Australia's true past and learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, and rich traditions, to promote understanding and respect. We aim for equality, equity, and inclusivity for all, ensuring our programs are free from bias and discrimination.
We will actively collaborate with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to respectfully incorporate their perspectives into our activities, take concrete actions for reconciliation, create a culturally safe and welcoming environment, empower our staff and children to be part of this journey, and continuously reflect and improve our commitment to reconciliation.
Our goal is to make reconciliation a lived experience, fostering diversity and respect for Australia's First Nation Peoples’ cultures, and a commitment to justice, equality, and equity for all children.
