Our vision for reconciliation is to create a respectful and culturally safe environment that is just, equal and equitable for children, educators, families, and community members. We are striving to create an educational setting where teachers and children acknowledge and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their cultures, perspectives, and histories. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people. Educators are supported to develop their knowledges of First Nations cultures and perspectives and respectfully share these with children through learning experiences that support them to break down discrimination and create a reconciled future.C We recognise that reconciliation is a process, and we are striving to overcome the division between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people through our allyship. We strive to educate families about the importance of reconciliation as we develop a united community that is inclusive, equal, equitable, and respectful of both First Nations peoples and non-Indigenous people.
