At Only About Children Coonas Hill, we acknowledge and pay our respects to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge the histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and, as a community, are committed to providing a safe and respectful place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, and all families. Our vision is to build inclusion, mutual trust and respect through collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will work together to reduce prejudice by providing rich learning experiences that strengthen knowledge and understanding while fostering a community that celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. We are committed to teaching children the value of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and contributions to this country’s rich history  in a culturally supportive environment, . We continue to make a secure connection with our community and actively respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultural identities. We  will continue to promote life-long learning which will empower our children to be active contributors to promoting equity and upholding the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
