Our vision for reconciliation at Oac Croydon Park is to recognize, respect, and value the personal and social narratives, legacies, and cultural conventions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We believe in forming inclusive and meaningful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their wider community.
Our vision is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to be actively recognized, respected, and we will drive progress toward this vision by respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives and pedagogies in our everyday practices.
We envisage a future where we all acknowledge First Nations Elders' past, present, and future for the knowledge and wisdom they hold and share. We as a campus will continue strengthening our relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non - Indigenous people with unity, integrity, respect, and building genuine partnerships.
We work to foster a sense of belonging and social inclusion for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team members, children, and families, to form strong connections with the wider community.
We aim to provide respectful, culturally responsive services as we continue to commit to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities, and organizations.
