Only About Children Croydon Park

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Oac Croydon Park recognises, respects and values the personal and social narratives, legacies and cultural conventions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We value all children, their families and the community and we are committed to inclusion and embracing diversity. We believe in forming inclusive and meaningful relationships with children, their families and the wider community.

Our vision is where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people are actively recognised, respected and nurtured by respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Islander perspectives and pedagogies in our everyday practises. We envisage a future where we all embrace the Elders past, present and future for the knowledge and wisdom they hold and share.

We aim to contribute to a sense of belonging and social inclusion for all Aboriginal and Torres Islander team members, children and families and form strong connections to the wider community. Oac is committed to contributing to an Australia where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, children and families feel a strong connection to the community and Country.

We aim to provide respective, responsive and culturally relevant services as we continue to commit to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations.
