At TinyBeez Palmyra, our vision for reconciliation is to continue to develop a community which fosters a mutually respectful and trusting relationship between the non-Indigenous community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to developing a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes equality and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, educators and families and all cultures that make up our community. Through our pedagogy and practice, we will support and inspire children and families to respect and celebrate the richness and diversity that exists within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities, while continuing to promote children and families to share and connect with their own cultures in order to foster a strong sense of belonging. We are committed to respectfully embed the knowledges and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Isander peoples, including their knowledge of the Land and its people into our environments, curriculum, policies and daily routines.
