In enacting our vision, we aim to see Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families provided equal and equitable educational outcomes and opportunities at Kozy Kids Golden Grove, benefiting from our high-quality education and care practices and our philosophy. In building a more inclusive Australia we believe the lives of our staff, students, families and volunteers will be enriched and enhanced with a greater understanding of, knowledge about and connection with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our Reconciliation Action Committee, comprised of team members from across the service, will be the driving force behind the RAP. We are committed to working together to successfully implement our RAP and work towards building a more inclusive and aware Australia.
