It is our goal to ensure that all Little Lane educators, families and children develop awareness and understanding of the longstanding and continuing significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and contributions.
We commit to developing a service culture that welcomes Aboriginal and Torres Strait families and supports First Nations staff, children and families to feel safe and secure with in the Little Lane community
We will ensure that the Little Lane Community, staff and volunteers actively participate in reconciliation through our policies, processes and actions, and will respectfully embed an appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, pedagogies and perspectives
throughout our learning programs and projects in all rooms.
