Springs Early Education is committed to a shared vision for reconciliation. Engagement from educators, staff, families and the community are integral for a holistic perspective of and collaboration for reconciliation. Action through ideas, engagement and collaboration brings Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, experiences, cultures and ideas to the front of early learning with a focus on embedding respect within our pedagogy and practice. Springs Early Education aims to empower all staff and children towards being responsive to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by acknowledging and implementing protocols to support continuous learning, actions and exploration of Australia's true histories, perspectives and cultures.
