Little Green Treehouse's vision for reconciliation is to continue to acknowledge and embrace the unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people. We respect Elders past, present and future of the Burramattagal Clan of the Durag Nation who have cared for the Land on which our service stands. We commit to building respectful relationships and working collaboratively with the local Aboriginal community. to respectfully facilitate opportunities for staff, children, families and the wider community to create a culturally safe space, where everyone feels a sense of belonging. In doing this, we will respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout our programs and practices that support a sense of belonging, fairness and unity. Our Reconciliation Action Plan will be a continual foundation for our journey towards reconciliation.
