Compass Children, staff, families and management are committed to the vision of raising a generation committed to reconciliation. We engage in thoughtful and purposeful education, teaching children about the true history of Australia. We will use this knowledge to break down barriers and help us become responsible and caring citizens of the world. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives will be meaningfully embedded into all day to day practices at Compass. A reconciled Australia would see all Australians living in peace and celebrating the differences in each other which could make Australia so amazing.
