Reconciliation means to us that all children within our service have a deeper understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. It means that children, staff and families will have the opportunity to exposed to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and perspectives throughout the program and curriculum Reconciliation means to us that educators and staff in our center continue to learn and grow their knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and how to respectfully implement diverse First Nations perspectives within an Early Education and Care Service context. As a team, we will ensure that we are continuously learning and reflecting on our practice within our center to ensure we are learning, unlearning and relearning about how to meaningfully engage with reconciliation. .
