At Bellbowrie Kindergarten we acknowledge and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we live, learn and play. We acknowledge the Jagera and Turrbal Peoples continuing connection to Land, Sea and Community. We pay respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
Our reconciliation journey continues with the intent of strengthening connections between Bellbowrie Kindergarten and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and community. We will continue to build a kindergarten culture that is open-minded, fair, informed and appreciative of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures.
Through our Reconciliation Action Plan and our relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, we lay strong foundations for positive growth and change towards reconciliation in the wider community.
