The Atherton Community Kindergarten aspires to establish a lifelong learning atmosphere that embraces all individuals and respectfully integrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into daily learning collaborations. Our goal is to serve as a platform for promoting reconciliation and appropriately sharing information about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through this educational journey, we strive for children and families to deepen their understanding and foster a future Australia that celebrates its rich cultural heritage. We genuinely seek to forge stronger connections with the local Yindiji community, warmly inviting their participation in our Kindy community and enriching the children's learning experiences.
